Dogs assist in new first responder PTSD program

Oct. 11, 2019, Niagara, Ont. – The Valhalla Project Niagara is launching in Ontario, to treat, educate and advocate for first responders and veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder. Niagara Regional Police Services Const.
