Jan. 17, 2020, Victoria, B.C. – An early morning fire has done extensive damage to a historic, 109-year-old building in Victoria. At 5:30 a.m. Thursday, the Victoria Fire Department was called to the 2900-block of Cook Street for reports of smoke in the area.
