Safety Stand Down Week

The 2024 Safety Stand Down week will emphasize the importance of a solid, foundational training program with the theme “Fire Training: Back to Basics.” Five daily focus areas will highlight building the foundation of a training program, assessing the needs of the community and department, safety during training, physical and behavioral/mental health considerations, and the 12 foundations of fire department training.
