Firefighters responding to medical call assaulted

Mar. 1, 2017, Conception Bay South, N.L. - Two members of the Conception Bay South fire department were assaulted while responding to a medical emergency on Tuesday. While responding to a call for service at a residence near noon, paramedics and firefighters were met by a combative individual, forcing emergency responders to call the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary for aid.
