Firefighters start petition to have former chief reinstated

July 29, 2016, Dieppe, N.B. - The union representing Dieppe, N.B.'s firefighters has started a petition to have the former fire chief reinstated. Charles Leblanc, who had been chief since 2002, was removed from the job earlier this month and city hall won't say why, stating it doesn't comment on human resources matters.
