Former Kingsville chief arrested on new sex-related charges

Mar. 7, 2019, Kingsville, Ont. - New police charges have been filed against former Kingsville fire chief Bob Kissner. Defence lawyer Ken Marley said Wednesday he was contacted by Ontario Provincial Police late last week and was informed Kissner had been charged again after turning himself in.
