Hamilton firefighters to carry EpiPens

May 17, 2016, Hamilton, Ont. - Hamilton is poised to give epinephrine auto-injectors to firefighters who respond to medical calls. The city's board of health signed off Monday on the $25,000 start-up cost of a proposal that would see front-line firefighters trained and equipped to deal with emergency allergic reactions in certain situations.
