Grimsby house fire causes more than $300,000 in damage

Feb. 14, 2019, Grimsby, Ont. - Damage is being estimated at around $300,000 after a fire ripped through a family home in Grimsby. Fire crews were dispatched to the single-storey house just after 12:30 a.m. The first firefighters arrived about three minutes later to find the south end of the home "fully engulfed in fire," according to chief Michael Cain.
