Hero Canada launches highly reflective HERO STICKER 2.0 for people with special needs and / or certain Disabilities.

Hero Canada said an Ontario department had reached out and asked for help with the creation of a highly reflective sticker for their new accessibility program. The town “currently does not have an initiative in place for emergency responders to identify occupants requiring assistance with evacuation who reside in single family dwellings”. Hero Canada said timing could not have been any better, since their designer, Hans Poppe, already had the assignment to work on the project.

“We are always thankful for the opportunity to sit with firefighters and get their expertise and insight,” said Susanne Giebels, owner of Hero Canada. “Those conversations and the networking with departments in general are key for us as a business and will help making our products better and hopefully become lifesaving tools all over the globe for the responding crews.”

The new HERO STICKER 2.0 is now available and can be ordered at +1 (647) 767-2870 or info@hero-sticker.ca. It indicates hearing impairment, visual impairment, immobility and autism. Whichever applies is to be circled with a sharpie before placing it onto the bottom third of the bedroom door to give our firefighters the important information.
