I’m from Kelowna and am starting to realize that they are doing something that no one else in the world is currently able to do…build massive high rises with only a fraction of the emergency personnel available. No where else in the world is a city expanding up with less than HALF the recommended MINIMUM personnel required to mitigate an incident in one of these mega structures. How is this not an insurance disaster?!
