London fire causes over $1 million in damages

Aug. 14, 2017, London, Ont. - A large, two-storey London, Ont., home was gutted by a fire that left more than $1 million in damages. It took only 13 minutes for the flames, which broke out late Thursday night, to gut the south London home. Fire department inspectors were joined by officials from the Office of the Ontario Fire Marshal and city police in the weekend investigation. Damage is estimated at $1.2 million.
