Quebec firefighters headed to Alberta

May 10, 2016, Montreal - Quebec has announced it will send more resources to help fight wildfires near Fort McMurray, Alta.

On Monday, the Société de protection des forêts contre le feu said the province will send 40 Quebec firefighters.

Last week, Quebec sent four water bombers to help in the effort.
