Rash of discarded cigarette fires frustrate crews

July 6, 2017, Langford, B.C. - As officials bring in a ban on campfires on most of Vancouver Island and the South Coast to prevent fires in the bush, urban firefighters are also sounding the alarm over careless behaviour.
