Waterloo rural response times under scrutiny

April 22, 2016, Woolwich, Ont. - A house fire in the Kitchener-Waterloo region has some officials wondering if faster fire response times are needed. Township of Woolwich Fire Chief Rick Pedersen said it's possible that if Waterloo Fire got to the fire before township crews there may have been a positive impact.
