St. Catharines to build new firefighter training tower

Jan. 30, 2019, St. Catharines, Ont. - St. Catharines will build a "desperately" needed firefighter training tower to replace the crumbling structure by Twelve Mile Creek that's been unusable since 2015. The new $1.8-million tower, or burn centre, was included in the $31.3-million capital budget for 2019 that was approved by city council Monday night. The St. Catharines Standard reports. | READ MORE
