St. Charles house fire leaves one dead

The Noelville OPP say they were called to the blaze mid-morning on Wednesday and found the house fully engulfed in flames.

Police say a body was discovered during the process of fighting the fire.

Neither the victim’s name nor gender were released.

Police did not speculate on the cause of the blaze and are continuing to investigate.
