St. John’s house fire sends two people to hospital

June 11, 2020, St. John’s – Two people were sent to hospital following a house fire in St. John’s Wednesday night. The man and woman were injured when a fire broke out in their kitchen at a home on Clearview Street in the Goulds at about 8 p.m. The two escaped from the smoke-filled home with the woman suffering smoke inhalation and the man suffering burns.
