Truro crews respond to propane leak

Oct. 21, 2016 - A large section of downtown Truro was blocked off late Thursday as firefighters brought a propane leak under control. Truro Fire Chief Blois Currie reported that the leak took place around 4:30 p.m., when an underground propane tank near the farmers’ market was damaged by machinery doing landscaping work in the area.
