August 20, 2019, Toronto – VFIS has launched an emergency responder’s resource website. ResponderHelp.com is a free online tool for the Emergency Service Organization (ESO) community. The website offers a library of valuable resources for first responders, and top-level categories with commentary on what experts believe to be the biggest issues responders will face over the next 25 years.
The content is sourced from a variety of industry specialists, and includes articles, checklists, posters, standard operating guidelines, technical bulletins, training materials and videos. There is also an “ask a specialist” feature, designed to encourage conversations with industry leaders and to answer additional questions.
