Weekend blaze that destroyed Paris home not considered suspicious

Oct. 14, 2020, Paris, Ont. – A fire Saturday night that caused up to $1 million in damage to a Paris home is not considered suspicious. While the cause of the fire has yet to be determined, it appears it may have been caused by an electrical issue, Darren Watson, deputy chief of the Brant County fire department, said Monday.
