
Apartment fire forces 150 from their homes

Headlines NewsJan. 27, 2017, Sherbrooke, Que. - A fire that broke out Thursday night forced residents of 75 units of a Sherbrooke apartment block to be evacuated from their homes.
About 150 people, some of whom needed to be transported to hospital, were forced onto the street about 9 p.m.
While the fire itself was limited to two apartment units, the rest of the complex on Félix-Hébert St. suffered smoke and water damage.
The cause of the blaze has yet to be determined.
