Centre Wellington announces new fire chief

May 25, 2021, Centre Wellington, Ont. –  Deputy Chief Tom Mulvey has been promoted to fire chief of the township of Centre Wellington in Ontario, stepping into the role after Brad Patton announced his plans to retire after 18 years with the township.

Chief Mulvey has been a dedicated member of the township fire department for over 25 years, including 18 years as a senior officer. He joined the Centre Wellington Fire Rescue Department in 1993.

Tom Mulvey is scheduled to commence his role as fire chief on May 29, 2021.
