Dauphin house fire leaves one person dead

Nov. 28, 2016, Dauphin, Man. - One man has died after a house fire in Dauphin early Saturday morning. When firefighters arrived at the house in the southwest area of the city around 4:30 a.m., flames were already shooting through the roof of the house. CTV News reports. | READ MORE
