Fire breaks out at Thorold pet food manufacturing plant

Aug. 11, 2020, Thorold, Ont. – A fire Sunday at a Thorold plant that produces pet food for dogs and cats wasn’t expected to affect operations there. At about 5:40 p.m. firefighters were called to the Niagara Pet Nutrition site at 1668 Allanport Rd. after a passerby reported seeing smoke. The St. Catharines Standard reports. | READ MORE
