Parkland County welcomes the 2023 recruits to the Fire Services team

Apr. 4, 2024, Parkland County, Alta. – On April 3, Parkland County celebrated their 2023 Fire Services Recruit Graduation. As these recruits officially step into the role of Parkland County Firefighters, the County thanked them for the incredible amount of dedication and perseverance they have shown throughout their training.

The County shared in a statement, “It is brave and enduring individuals like these recruits who Parkland County needs and relies on to keep our community safe, and we are grateful for their sacrifice and commitment.”

“Our Fire Services is filled with hard-working, brave, and dedicated staff who continue to go above and beyond with their service. We are lucky to have each and every one of them here to protect the place we all call home. From myself and all of Parkland County, we thank them for their bravery, their commitment to our community, and for working to keep our lives safe and as normal as possible,” said Mayor Allan Gamble.
