Toronto firefighters rescue boy from Scarborough Bluffs

May 12, 2017, Toronto - Toronto Fire rescued a "school-aged" boy from halfway down the Scarborough Bluffs Thursday afternoon. Firefighters received the call around 1:40 p.m. for a stranded child.
