Windsor crews douse fire sparked by electrical failure

May 29, 2020, Windsor, Ont. – Investigators have determined the cause of a fire early  Thursday morning in Sandwich Towne. Crews attended the scene at about 3 a.m. Thursday, and had extinguished the fire by 4:20 a.m., according to Windsor Fire.
