Winnipeg crews douse fabric and clothing store blaze

Feb. 16, 2017, WInnipeg - Emergency crews were on scene Wednesday evening fighting a fire at a clothing and fabric store in Winnipeg's West End. District Chief Dan Tomchuk said crews were called shortly before 6:30 p.m. and found heavy black smoke inside the store. CBC News reports. | READ MORE
