Sentencing set for Mayerthorpe firefighter charged with arson

July 6, 2017, Mayerthorpe, Alta. - A former volunteer firefighter who admitted to a string of arsons in the Mayerthorpe, Alta., area, including the destruction of a wooden train trestle bridge, is expected to be sentenced on Thursday.
